Smiling Elf Girl Dancing in Star Skirt

A cheerful elf with a pointed hat topped by a round pom-pom steps lightly across the page, one arm stretched out in a mitten and the other reaching back. The elf has a big open smile and side-glancing eyes, with a pointed collar, a long fitted top, and a flared skirt dotted with little star shapes along the hem. One leg stands straight while the other kicks up behind, ending in a pointed boot. The simple outlines and large open areas are easy for younger kids to fill in. Try coloring the skirt and hat in two matching shades, then add a different color to each star so they stand out. Crayons or markers both work well here, and the big shapes leave room for glitter glue if you want a festive touch.
