Fish Floating Up Underwater With a Balloon
Coloring guide
A cheerful round-bodied fish grins while holding the string of a big oval balloon in one little fin, floating up through the water. Its body has wavy vertical stripes, and it has large sparkling eyes, a wide open smile, and fanned fins and tail with fine line details. Small and large bubbles drift around it. At the bottom, tall wavy seaweed grows on both sides next to pebbles and a dotted starfish resting on the sandy floor. The shapes are big and clear, which suits preschoolers and early elementary kids using crayons or chunky markers. A bright red balloon with orange and yellow fish stripes will pop against the bubbles and green seaweed. This free printable fits quiet time, ocean units, or party activities. Looking for more? - 3Fill the seaweed with leaf green and the rocks on the sea floor with light gray.
- 4Color the bubbles in sky blue, the balloon knot in bright red, the fish's smile in coral pink and the inside of the mouth in dark red.
- 5Color the fish's hand and fingers holding the balloon in tangerine orange, keeping the balloon itself white.
- 6Optional: Add a little shading with a slightly darker orange along the edges of the fins and the body to make the fish look rounder.
