Snowy Winter American Football Character in Beanie and Scarf
Coloring guide
Out in the snow, a cartoon football with big sparkly eyes and an open smile waves both arms overhead. He has a knit beanie with a fluffy pom-pom and wavy stripes, a long fringed scarf, a mitten on each hand and chunky winter boots. The white laces are drawn down the left side of his body. Two detailed snowflakes and lots of round snowdrops fill the background, and small snow mounds pile up at his feet. Shapes are big and clean, which works well for preschoolers and early elementary kids still building pencil control. Pick your own team colors for the hat and scarf, maybe blue and gold or red and white, and leave the football brown. It's free to print. Love this American Football coloring page? A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the big football body and lower body golden yellow, including the cheeks, arms, and the side of the head, and leave the laces white.
- 2Fill the beanie with bright blue stripes and add bright red stripes near the top, keeping the pompom and the top white stripe white.
- 3Color the scarf wrapped around the middle with forest green and bright red stripes, then add the hanging scarf in bright red and forest green with the olive green patch on its side.
- 4Color both mittens bright red, the boots bright blue, and the left leg dark khaki while keeping the boot cuffs white.
- 5Color the open mouth bright red with a coral pink tongue, and fill the snowflakes and snow dots with pale blue while the background stays white.
- 6Optional: add a few darker shades along the edges of the yellow body and the scarf stripes to make the colors look more three-dimensional.
