Curly Puff Girl With Polka Dot Bow, Encanto Style
Coloring guide
A tall, bouncy puff of curls piled on top of her head steals the show in this close-up portrait. The girl's face fills the page, with large round eyes, long lashes, raised eyebrows and a warm, slightly shy smile. A polka-dot headscarf is tied in a big bow at the front, and one ear shows a small dangling earring. No background here, so younger colorers can concentrate on the details. The curls are good practice for loops and wavy lines, and the diamond-shaped dots on the bow are quick to fill in. Bright yellow or turquoise would suit the bow with contrasting dots, and deep brown fits the hair. It's a free printable PDF for a quick coloring break. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big hair puff and the hair behind the headband, using dark chocolate brown, and leave the curly tips and edges a little loose for a soft texture.
- 2Fill the face, neck and ear with caramel brown, keeping the eye whites and teeth white.
- 3Color the bow loops, bow knot and headband in raspberry pink, then add coral pink to the headband edges and smaller patches.
- 4Add golden yellow polka dots across both bow loops and along the headband, spacing them out evenly.
- 5Color the lips in raspberry pink and the earring in golden yellow, with a charcoal gray detail on the earring hook.
- 6Optional: add a little darker brown shading along the bottom of the hair puff and under the headband for depth.
