Jetpack Kid in the Clouds for Big Hero 6 Fans
Coloring guide
A child in a space helmet zooms across the sky on a diagonal, both fists stretched out like a superhero. The young pilot wears a padded flight suit with a round buckle on the belt and chunky boots, plus a big open-mouthed smile. Two rocket boosters, one on the back and one on the arms, shoot out jagged flames that are fun to color. Three little birds fly nearby and four puffy outlined clouds are spread across the page. Large shapes and clean lines work well for preschoolers and early elementary kids with crayons or markers. Flames look great in orange, red and yellow, and a bright blue suit will pop against pale gray clouds. This free printable is a nice pick for a space day or a rainy afternoon. Looking for more? - 1Start with the sky: color the clouds in pale sky blue, and give the birds light blue bodies with bright blue wings. Leave the background white.
- 2Color the helmet in red across the top and sides, then add golden yellow bands and the yellow ear pieces.
- 3Fill the suit, arms, and legs with cobalt blue, and color the belt and the boot tops golden yellow, with the boot soles and fists in red.
- 4Color the face peach skin, the hair brown, and the open mouth pink. Leave the eye whites and the small shine on the visor white.
- 5Add the jetpacks in light gray with red tips, then color the flames orange with golden yellow tips.
- 6Optional: add a little darker shading under the helmet, along the arms, and inside the boots to make the astronaut pop.
