A smiling ladybug with sparkly eyes perches on top of an oversized strawberry. Its round shell has big circle spots, and two curly antennae bounce above its head. All six little legs rest on the berry, and one tiny hand grips the leafy cap. Two large serrated leaves fan out behind the bug, and a five-petal flower with a detailed center blooms at the top. The strawberry is covered in oval seeds, which are fun to color one by one. Red works for the berry, the ladybug could be classic red or bright orange, and fresh greens suit the leaves. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the big strawberry body and the ladybug's wings with ladybug red, leaving the background and the flower petals white.
- 2Fill both big leaves and the strawberry's top leaf with leaf green.
- 3Color the ladybug's head, legs, and the round spots on its wings with charcoal gray, keeping the eye whites and the smile white.
- 4Fill the flower center, the two antenna tips, and the six seeds on the strawberry with golden yellow, leaving the other seeds white.
- 5Optional: add light shading with a darker shade of red on the lower part of the strawberry and a darker green on the leaves to make them look rounder.
