Rhythmic Gymnast with Ribbon and Stars (Sports Coloring Page)
Coloring guide
A cheerful young gymnast with her hair in a bun holds a ribbon wand high in one arm while the long ribbon loops and swirls beside her. Her other arm reaches out to the side, and her legs cross as she balances on tiptoe in ballet-style slippers. Her sleeveless leotard has a curved stripe across the middle and a little star on the chest. Five small stars float around her, and a double line along the bottom hints at the edge of the floor. Those big ribbon curls leave kids lots of room for bright color and patterns. Rainbow stripes on the ribbon and a sparkly purple leotard would look great. Print this free page for an afternoon activity. There are more in our Sports coloring pages, and Soccer and NHL / Hockey are fun to explore too.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the gymnast's skin areas, including the face, arms, legs, and neck, in peach, leaving the eyes and smile details for later.
- 2Fill the hair with chestnut brown, leaving the top of the bun and the little curl near the ear white for a soft highlight.
- 3Color the leotard in hot pink, add the lavender and plum purple stripes on the side, and use soft pink for the lighter stripe and shoulder strap.
- 4Color the big ribbon in hot pink on the top loop and right loop, then use soft pink for the underside and edges, leaving the empty space inside the loops white.
- 5Fill the five stars with golden yellow and color the blue floor line at the bottom in sky blue.
- 6Optional: Add a little rose pink to the shoes and a light shade of soft pink along the ribbon edges for extra depth.
