Kawaii Snowflake Face for Frozen Winter Fun
Coloring guide
Right in the middle of the page sits a friendly snowflake with a happy little face. Inside a six-sided hexagon at the center are two big shiny eyes, dots for rosy cheeks and a small curved smile. Six arms reach out from the hexagon, each with a long center line, feathery branches on both sides and a pointed arrowhead tip. Bold lines and big shapes make it easy for preschoolers and early elementary kids using crayons or chunky markers. Older kids can fill each branch with their own patterns. Icy blues and lavender look great on the arms, and a pale yellow or soft pink helps the face stand out. Download the free PDF for a screen-free activity at home. A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- pale ice blue
- sky blue
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the top arm, upper right arm, and the top and bottom arms with the pale ice blue, working gently in one direction.
- 2Fill the upper left arm, lower left arm, lower right arm, and bottom arm with sky blue, keeping the color even across each arm.
- 3Color the hexagon ring around the face with sky blue so it frames the center of the snowflake.
- 4Leave the round face circle white, then add the black eyes and the small curved smile with a fine marker or pen.
- 5Optional: Add a few darker sky blue strokes along one side of the sky blue arms to give a little shading and depth.
