Woman Hugging a Cute Hen (PAW Patrol Collection)
Coloring guide
A cheerful woman with long wavy hair cuddles a plump little hen in her arms, and they both look thrilled. She has big sparkly eyes, long lashes, an open smile and large drop-shaped earrings. Her jacket has a wide diagonal sash across the chest, fastened with a round badge. The hen has a fluffy comb, a small beak, a scalloped chest ruff and layered wing feathers, which make the shapes satisfying to fill in. With no background, kids can focus on just the two characters. The bold, clear lines suit crayons and markers. A warm golden-orange looks nice on the hen, and teal or purple would make the sash and badge pop. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the woman's face, neck, ears and both hands with peach, leaving the teeth and the eye whites untouched.
- 2Fill all the hair with chocolate brown, including the top, sides and the part behind the ears.
- 3Color the sleeves, cuffs, shirt collar and the hen's comb and wattle with coral red.
- 4Color the shoulder strap with sky blue, and fill the round badge and both earrings with golden yellow.
- 5Color the hen's body, wings, tail and head with cream white, then add its golden beak and rust brown cheek patch.
- 6Optional: add light shading with a slightly darker peach on the face and a deeper red on the sleeves to give the drawing more depth.
