Spotted Leopard Cub Standing With Long Curled Tail

Coloring guide
A spotted big cat cub stands in side view with its head turned back toward us. The image is rotated, so the body runs sideways across the page. It has rounded ears with dark tips, a fluffy ruff around the neck and cheeks, and small dots scattered over the face. Large rosette-style spots with open centers cover the body and hips, and the long tail curls down with bold broken stripes and a solid black tip. The paws are big and simple, which makes them easy to color. Try a snow leopard palette of soft grays and creams, then fill the rosettes with deeper gray or blue. Kids can also count how many open spots they find, or compare the spot shapes on the body and the tail. This printable is a nice fit for a lesson on animal patterns and camouflage.
