A single dog stands in profile with its body facing left and its head turned to look off to the right. The ears are pointed and upright, the tail is a short little stub, and the muzzle is wide with a dark nose and loose, droopy lips. One eye is drawn with a small brow line above it, and there are a few wrinkle lines on the cheek and neck. The legs are straight and sturdy, and you can see toes on each paw. The outline is thick and clean with no background, so it works well for younger kids. Try a classic fawn brown for the body, then leave the chest and paws white or add a darker mask around the muzzle. It also makes a nice prompt for talking about dog breeds and what makes each one look different. Print as many copies as you need.
