Star Hat, Pinwheel and Party Horn 4th of July Set

A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Color the hat body, the pinwheel center stick and the party horn blue sections in royal blue, leaving the hat band and the big hat star white.
2. 2Fill the star lenses and the light blue parts of the party horn spiral with sky blue.
3. 3Color the hat top rim, hat brim, glasses frame, glasses arms, and pinwheel blades in bright red, keeping the stars and dots white.
4. 4Add golden yellow to the pinwheel center, the long pinwheel stick, and the party horn tube.
5. 5Finish the small white stars and white polka dots on the party horn and hat, leaving them uncolored.
6. 6Optional: Add a little darker shading along one side of each bright red and royal blue area for a bit more depth.
