Startled Face With Tall Eyes and Raised Brows
Coloring guide
A simple round face drawn with a thick outline shows a surprised or worried expression. The two eyes are large, tall ovals with small dots for pupils, and each one has a curved eyebrow raised high above it. The mouth is a small open oval, slightly off to one side, with a tiny curved mark just below it. There is no hair, color or background, so the whole face is open space for your own choices. This free printable works well for talking about feelings. Ask kids when they have felt surprised, nervous or shocked, then let them choose skin tones and cheek colors that match that feeling. Younger children can color the big eyes and mouth first, while older kids might add a speech bubble on the side and write what the face just saw.
