- 1Start with the big leafy background: color the monstera leaves and the large jungle leaves at the top and bottom in forest green, and the grass areas in light green.
- 2Fill the cat's head and the tufts of fur in apricot, and color the cat's inner ears in light pink, leaving the eye whites, nose area and teeth white.
- 3Color the cat's body and paws in cream, then use tangerine orange for the tail stripes and the stripes on the belly, leaving the highlights white.
- 4Add the parrot: color its beak in apricot, its wing and tail in royal blue, and its branch in slate blue or light gray.
- 5Color the hibiscus and pink flowers in hot pink, the flower centers in dark green, and the vine leaves in bright green.
- 6Optional: Add a little bright orange to the vine accents and darker green to the leaves for depth, and leave the background corners white for a fresh look.
