Striped Top Hat Coloring Page for 4th of July

Coloring guide
Here's a tall top hat with vertical stripes up the crown and a wide band around the base that holds three big stars. The brim is broad and flat and curves around the bottom. Six more stars in different sizes float around the hat, two in the top corners and the rest down both sides. The stripes are wide enough for chunky crayons, and the stars are easy shapes for younger kids to fill in. For a classic patriotic look, alternate red and white on the stripes, make the hatband deep blue, and use bright yellow on the floating stars. It works for parties, classroom activities, or a quiet afternoon at the kitchen table. Older kids can add patterns to the stripes or shade the brim. Fans of 4th of July coloring pages often like Happy Birthday and Spring as well.
