Cuddling a Puppy in a Meadow, DC Super Hero Girls Fun
Coloring guide
A smiling girl in an eye mask and flowing cape sits cross-legged on the grass, hugging a fluffy puppy. She has a ponytail, a lightning bolt on her top, and a small round pendant at her collar. The puppy has floppy ears, a happy open mouth with its tongue out, and its own tiny cape and collar. Daisy-style flowers, tufts of grass, a bush, and a round-topped tree on the right fill in the scene around them. Big, clear outlines keep it easy for little hands. A bright yellow lightning bolt on a purple outfit looks good, and a sunny golden-brown puppy will pop against green grass. Download the free PDF and print a few extra copies, because there's plenty of room to color again. This fits right in with our DC Super Hero Girls coloring pages — see also Teen Titans Go! and Harley Quinn.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big blue areas: color the superhero suit, arms, and both legs with royal blue, leaving the yellow belt and stripes for later.
- 2Fill the cape with bright red on the left side and back, and use dark red for the shaded part behind the girl's shoulder.
- 3Color the girl's face, forehead, and hands with peach skin, then add chestnut brown to the hair and ponytail and bright red to the mask.
- 4Paint the puppy in cream white, leaving the eye whites, the flower petals, and the tree white, then add caramel brown to the puppy's back patch and ears.
- 5Add golden yellow to the headband, belt, lightning bolt, medal, and collar tag, then give the tongue a soft pink color and the bushes and flower leaves forest green.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shade under the cape and along the puppy's belly for a bit of depth.
