Superman Bursting Toward You in Mid-Flight

Superman comes straight at the viewer in this dramatic flying pose, with one fist out in front and the other arm pulled back at his side. The long cape ripples out behind him, and a few curved speed lines trail underneath to show how fast he's going. You'll see his determined face, dark wavy hair with a curl on the forehead, and the S shield on his chest. His arms and legs have lots of shading detail in the muscles, so older kids who like a challenge will enjoy it, while younger ones can stick to the big open cape. Because there's no background, you have lots of room to get creative. Bold red on the cape, bright blue on the suit, and yellow on the shield look good, and a sky-blue crayon swoosh behind him adds some air. This free printable PDF makes an easy afternoon activity.
