Superman Running Beside a Speeding Train on Tracks

A caped hero in a tight suit with an S shield on his chest sprints along railroad tracks, one fist pulled back and the other held out in front of him. His cape streams out behind him in long folds, and his dark hair and determined frown show he is running hard. A big diesel locomotive races toward the viewer just behind him, with a slanted front, two windows, round lights, and a few train cars trailing along the left side. Wooden ties and rails stretch across the foreground, and grass tufts sit near the edge of the track. A signal light on a pole, a small hill, and puffy outlined clouds fill the background. Try coloring the cape and suit in bold primary colors so the hero stands out, then use softer greens and grays for the train and scenery. This free printable also works well for talking about train safety with kids.
