Tall Patterned Christmas Tree with Daisy Topper

A tall, narrow triangle-shaped Christmas tree stands on a small striped trunk, topped with a round daisy-like flower with a spiral in the center. The tree is divided into diagonal bands, each filled with a different doodle pattern. Near the top you will find little V shapes, then come thin parallel lines, scattered circles, dashed stripes, and bold black-and-white striped sections. Lower down are scalloped loops and bumpy cloud-like shapes, followed by long slanted lines with dotted strings of beads and a few circles with lines through them at the bottom corner. Every band is a separate space, so kids can pick a new color for each one. Try a limited palette of three or four colors and repeat them down the tree to see how patterns form. The free printable works well for pencils, fine markers, or gel pens, since many of the spaces are small.
