A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the two candle bodies and their dripping wax tops cream white, leaving the candles' edges bold and clean.
- 2Fill the big pumpkin, the small pumpkin and the pumpkin stems with bright orange, keeping the small highlight spots white, and color the butternut squash golden yellow.
- 3Color the outer flames amber orange and the inner flame centers lemon yellow, then add the candlestick holders and stems in golden yellow.
- 4Color the upper and right leaves rust red, the left and lower leaves olive green, and the small leaf edges khaki yellow.
- 5Fill the tablecloth runner with crimson red, its side borders with golden yellow, the wooden table top with caramel brown, and the stem details with dark brown.
- 6Color the coffee mug and plate rim sky blue, leaving the mug rim and plate center white. Optional: add a few light strokes of a darker shade in the pumpkin and leaf areas for depth.
