Blues Trio Crash Into a Mustached Pig, Angry Birds Scene
Coloring guide
Dotted flight paths arc across the page, tracing three small round birds as they dive at a pig. They look like the Blues trio from Angry Birds, each with a little feather tuft, a pointed beak and squinting eyes. The closest bird has already smacked into the pig, and a spiky burst shape marks the hit. The pig has a big round snout, a mustache, two buck teeth and sleepy half-closed eyes, and he's standing on a stack of cracked blocks. Puffy clouds, rolling hills, leafy bushes and curly sprout-like plants fill in behind them. Kids who like action scenes will enjoy this free printable. Light blue could work for the birds, soft green for the pig and gray for the cracked blocks. All that open sky leaves room for bold background colors. Looking for more? A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the clouds and the blue birds: fill the two large clouds at the top and the blue bird with sky blue, leaving the eye whites of the red bird white.
- 2Fill the big ground areas next: color the hills and the pig's head with grass green, then add leaf green and forest green to the bushes at the bottom.
- 3Color the starburst behind the pig and the yellow bird with lemon yellow, keeping the pig's eye whites and cheek shines white.
- 4Add the pig's snout in lime green and the stone blocks in light gray and caramel brown, using a few zigzag crack lines for the stone.
- 5Finish the red bird in red and the beaks in golden orange and light orange, then add dark green to the small plant details.
- 6Optional: Add a little shading along the bottom of the hills and the edges of the clouds to make the scene look more three-dimensional.
