A striped tiger cub with big sparkly eyes sits upright on a fringed floor cushion. Right beside it, a little monkey peeks over the edge of a genie-style lamp. They seem to be Nahal and Tala from Shimmer and Shine. The tiger is covered in swirly patterns and wears a jeweled headband, and its tail is curled and ringed. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the cushion and the tiger cub's body by coloring the cushion red and the tiger's fur tangerine orange, leaving the white stripes and swirls on the tiger white.
- 2Fill the monkey's head, face and ears with pale peach, keeping the eye whites bright white.
- 3Color the lamps and lanterns: the hanging lamps and the monkey's hat and tail in golden yellow, the lamp bowl in teal, and the right lantern panels in sky blue and red.
- 4Add the navy blue fringe along the bottom of the cushion and the teal on the hanging lamp bases.
- 5Use lavender purple for the monkey's bracelet and sandy beige for the lamp spout and tiger details, leaving the background white.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading in the tiger's stripes and the cushion folds to make the drawing pop.
