Tom Leaping Above Jerry and a Roller Skating Bulldog
Coloring guide
Tom the cat is caught mid-jump at the top of the page, arms flung wide, mouth open in a big yell, with whiskers and tufts of fur sticking out. Below him on the right, Jerry the mouse grins and holds a boxy remote control with a short antenna and little spark lines at its tip. On the left, a bulldog with a spiked collar, a frowning brow and a wide-open mouth full of jagged teeth rolls along on a pair of roller skates. Curved motion lines show how fast everything is moving, and a floor line runs across the background. The large open areas on Tom and Jerry are easy to fill, so younger kids can start there. Try gray and brown for the bulldog, then bright colors for the skates and the remote to make the action stand out. This free printable also works well for a short storytelling prompt: what happens next?
