Tom Plays Guitar While Jerry and Nibbles Laugh

Tom the cat leans over a big acoustic guitar with a stern, scrunched-up face and heavy eyebrows, his paw pressed on the strings. Jerry the mouse stands on the guitar neck with his mouth wide open, laughing, and he wears small round glasses. Nibbles, the smaller mouse, sits on top of a sheet music book on a music stand, wearing a little cap and looking surprised. Small motion lines around the heads and the strings show the noise and shaking. The big shapes of the guitar body and the music stand are easy to reach for younger kids. Try coloring the guitar in warm wood tones like orange and brown, then use gray for Tom's fur and light brown for the mice. Older kids can add music notes in the empty space at the top. This page is free to print and works well for a music lesson or a rainy afternoon.
