Tom the Cat Captain Looking Through Binoculars with Jerry Sweeping

Tom the cat stands on his hind legs in a captain's hat with an anchor badge, holding a pair of binoculars up to his eyes with his mouth wide open as if he is shouting. Behind him is a framed picture of waves on the water. Beside his feet, Jerry the mouse wears a small sailor cap and pushes a wide push broom across the floor, with a little pile of dust beside it. Tom's tail curls up behind him, and a few oval shapes are scattered across the ground. The big hat, the binoculars and the spotted patches on his fur give kids plenty of areas to color. Try navy blue and white for the caps, then ask your child to choose a ship-themed color for each item. This free printable also works well for a story prompt about who is really in charge on deck.
