Astronaut Kids Floating with a Toy Rocket, L.O.L. Surprise! Dolls
Coloring guide
Two children in astronaut suits and round helmets drift through space on this free printable. The one at the top waves a hand and has short hair and big sparkly eyes. The other, lower right, has longer hair and hugs a small toy rocket with a round window and little fins. The night sky around them holds stars of different sizes, a crescent moon, a ringed planet at the top, a cratered moon at the bottom left and a small striped planet at the bottom right. Lines are clean and shapes are big, which makes it a good match for young colorers. Pick two different bright colors for the space suits. Deep purples and blues on the planets will help the kids stand out against the starry sky. Fans of L.O.L. Surprise! Dolls coloring pages often like Winnie the Pooh and Shimmer and Shine as well.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the faces: color both faces and cheeks peach skin, and keep the eye whites white so the eyes sparkle.
- 2Color the hair with chocolate brown for the boy and the girl, adding a soft mauve touch to the girl's ponytail strands.
- 3Fill the spacesuits: light blue for the boy's suit and arms, rose pink for the girl's suit, and ocean blue for the gloves, boots and helmet earpieces.
- 4Paint the helmet glass pale blue, then color the ringed planet in tangerine orange with a golden yellow ring and the striped planets with teal green, leaf green and aqua blue bands.
- 5Color the moons in light gray with dark gray craters, the rocket tip and fins in bright red and the rocket bottom in pale teal, leaving the small shine on the rocket white.
- 6Finish the stars and the crescent moon in golden yellow. Optional: add a little darker shade of each color along one side for depth.
