Vivo the Kinkajou Playing Trumpet on a Drum

Vivo stands on top of a big round drum with his feet planted on the drumhead, leaning to one side as he plays a trumpet. He wears a tilted fedora hat, a collar with a small bow tie, and a vest. His eyes are large and round, and his mouth is open in a happy grin. His long, thick tail loops down and around the front of the drum, which has triangle patterns and little tension brackets along the side. There are plenty of open spaces for crayons and markers. Try coloring the drum in bold stripes, then ask kids to pick warm colors for the trumpet and a different shade for the hat. This free printable also works well for a music lesson about brass instruments and percussion.
