Waving Teddy Bear Holding an American Football in Team Jersey
Coloring guide
This friendly bear cub is standing on a little patch of grass, waving with one big paw that shows a paw print on the palm. The other arm hugs a football with laces, and you can see the paw pad on that hand too. He's dressed in a V-neck jersey with striped sleeves and shorts with stripes down the sides. Round ears, a tuft of hair on top and a wide open-mouthed grin finish off his face. Three stars float nearby, and a few grass tufts sit around his fuzzy feet. Little ones will manage the big shapes just fine, and the fur and stripes give older kids more to work on. Warm brown fur looks great with a red and white jersey and a classic brown football. A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- caramel tan
- royal blue
- chocolate brown
- lemon yellow
- peach
- coral pink
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the bear's face, both ears, raised arm, raised paw, legs and feet with caramel tan, leaving the inner ear parts for later.
- 2Color the inside of both ears and the tips of the ears peach, then fill the open mouth's tongue with coral pink.
- 3Paint the team jersey and the sleeve of the football arm royal blue, keeping the collar and the sleeve stripes white.
- 4Color the football, the paw pads and the glove pads chocolate brown, leaving the laces and the white stripes on the ball untouched.
- 5Fill the three stars with lemon yellow, and keep the shorts, the eye whites and the background white.
- 6Optional: add a few light lines of a darker shade on the bear's fur and the jersey to make the bear look fluffier and more three-dimensional.
