Winter I Spy Search and Count Activity Sheet

A big square packed with small winter icons fills this page, under a ribbon banner that reads I SPY Winter. You will spot snowmen with top hats, snowflakes in several styles, snow globes, pine trees, mountains, scarves, mittens, socks, earmuffs, ski goggles, sleds, fireplaces, steaming cups, mugs, thermometers, swirly wind lines, and clouds with snow or a moon. Along the bottom is a key with a number beside each picture, so kids hunt for each item and count how many they find. Print it for a quiet afternoon or a classroom center. Try circling each item type with a different colored pencil as you count it, then color the finished page in cool blues for the snowflakes and clouds and warm reds and oranges for the fireplaces and cocoa cups.
