Winx Fairy Hands on Hips With Star Clip Pigtails

A fairy stands with both hands on her hips, smiling and looking out at the viewer. Her long hair is tied up in two high pigtails with star clips, and the strands fall in long, curling stripes almost to her knees. She wears an off-the-shoulder ruffled top that shows her midriff, a tiered ruffle skirt, thigh-high socks, and chunky platform boots with a star on each ankle strap. Behind her are big butterfly wings filled with star shapes and swirly lines, and small stars hang off the wing tips. The wide open spaces in the hair and wings are good for blending two or three colors. Try a gradient in the hair, or give each star on the wings its own shade. This free printable also works well for practicing patterns on the skirt ruffles.
