Wolverine Leaping With Claws Out Action Pose

Wolverine bursts toward the viewer in a fierce mid-leap pose, one arm raised back with a fist and three long claws pointing down, the other arm thrust forward with three more blades extended. He wears his cowl with the tall pointed ears swept back, and his teeth are bared in an angry snarl. The bold black shapes on the mask, shoulders and gloves give the drawing strong contrast, and his big muscles in the chest, shoulder and forearms are outlined clearly. A curved belt buckle and a tapered boot sit at the bottom right. Try coloring the classic suit in yellow and blue, then leave the claws silver or light gray and use a pencil to shade the muscles. It also works well for talking about light and shadow with older kids. The page is free to print, and the thick lines hold up well to markers.
