Snarling Wolverine Lunges With Claws, X-Men Logo Behind

A snarling, wild-haired Wolverine leaps toward the viewer with his claws out, drawn in bold black ink. Three long blades extend from each fist, and the lower claws point down toward the bottom of the page. He wears a suit with a belt buckle marked with an X, banded shoulder and arm pieces, and rows of round studs across the chest. Wispy clouds of smoke curl along the left side, and a large circle with the X-Men style X fills the background behind his head. The thick outlines and big open areas make this a good fit for markers or gel pens. Try coloring the suit in classic yellow and blue, then leave the smoke light gray so the character stands out. Print it free and let kids pick the colors for the background X.
