Young Anakin Podracing in the Cockpit, Star Wars Scene
Coloring guide
A young pilot in a rounded helmet and big goggles holds the controls of a podracer, and the whole scene feels fast. Both arms are up. One hand is on a ribbed handle with a pointed, bullet-shaped tip and a curved lever on top, and the other holds a second control at the right edge. He looks serious and focused, glancing off to the side. Long diagonal speed lines fill the background, and a round cockpit panel with rivets and rods sits at the bottom. This free printable has plenty of detail for kids to work on. Orange or sandy yellow suits the helmet, and bright blue goggle lenses stand out against the speed lines. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big orange areas: color the arms, shoulders, collar and suit in orange, and leave the sky and background white.
- 2Fill the face and neck with peach, then color the helmet body in cream, leaving the goggle lenses white.
- 3Add the red parts: bright red stripes and cheek panels on the helmet, the red nose tip of the pod, and the brick red handle and engine cap at the top.
- 4Color the blue machinery at the bottom with sky blue and navy blue, adding royal blue on the darker panels, and fill the gray engine parts with light gray.
- 5Finish the small details: brown wraps and glove, dark gray clamps, mustard gold and yellow on the finger tips and gauge, and dusty rose on the helmet clip. Optional: add a little dark brown to the shadowed edges of the sleeves for depth.
