Boy in Batting Helmet Waiting for the Pitch

A smiling boy stands in a batting stance with a baseball bat held up behind his shoulder, ready to swing. He wears a batting helmet with an ear flap, a short-sleeved jersey with a shield-shaped patch on the chest, a belt, long pants, and big sneakers with loose, curly laces. His feet are planted wide apart and a dark shadow stretches across the ground beneath him. Behind him is a rounded backdrop with horizontal stripes, a blank rectangular banner, a few oval shapes, and the outlines of a crowd of spectators along the bottom. This free printable gives kids plenty of areas to fill in, from the large jersey to the small shield patch. Try picking two team colors and using them on the helmet, jersey, and patch so everything matches like a real uniform. Parents and coaches can also use it to talk about batting stance and teamwork.
