Log Raft Building With Zuma (PAW Patrol)
Coloring guide
On a grassy shore, Zuma leans over a log raft and pulls a rope knot tight with both paws. He wears his helmet and life vest, both marked with the anchor badge, and he has a big open-mouth smile. The raft is four thick logs lashed together with chunky rope, and the round tree rings show on the cut ends. Nearby you'll find a toolbox, a hammer, a coiled rope, and a paddle resting by the water's edge. A calm lake stretches out behind the raft next to tall pine trees, grass tufts, and a few rocks. Kids who like detailed scenes with lots of objects will enjoy this one. Warm orange for Zuma's helmet and vest, tan and brown for the logs, and bright blue for the lake all work well. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big background areas: color the river and water in sky blue, and fill the pine trees and grass with forest green and grass green.
- 2Color the raft logs in wood brown, including their round end cuts, and leave the rope wrapped around them for later.
- 3Fill Zuma's helmet in royal blue and his backpack and straps in royal blue as well, then add the navy blue badge on the helmet and chest.
- 4Color Zuma's fur in golden yellow, including his face, ears, paws and chest, and use warm tan for the darker parts of his ears and arms.
- 5Add the red toolbox, the orange and steel gray hammer, and the charcoal gray coil of rope, then color the paddle in lemon yellow and the sand in pale gold.
- 6Optional: Leave the eye whites, the eye shine and the background sky white, and use a little extra darker brown on the logs for depth.
