Aladdin Kneeling With Abu, Magic Carpet and Lamp

A young man kneels on rocky ground with a surprised look, one hand held out and the other pressed to his chest. He wears an open vest, a wide sash at the waist, baggy pants with a patch on one knee, and no shoes. This is Aladdin. Beside him, a little monkey that looks like Abu stands on his toes and holds up an oil lamp with a small flame-shaped wick. Behind them, the magic carpet stands upright with tassels at the corners and swirly patterns down the middle. A large rounded rock formation fills the background, and a few small stones sit on the ground. The carpet's scrolls and curls are a nice place to practice color patterns. Try alternating two or three colors in each swirl, and let kids pick a warm shade for the lamp so it stands out.
