Angel Floating Diagonally with Trumpet and Big Moon

An angel floats diagonally across the page while blowing a long, flared trumpet. A thin halo hovers above the short, spiky hair, and the face is shown in profile with a closed smile. One wing sweeps out behind the shoulder with jagged, pointed feather edges. The long robe has wide sleeves and flows down to a ragged hem at the bottom, with a few fold lines running through the skirt. Behind the figure sits a large circle that looks like a full moon or a big round backdrop. The lines are bold and the shapes are big, so it works well for younger kids with chunky crayons. Try coloring the circle in deep blue or purple so the pale robe and gold halo and trumpet stand out. Older kids can add texture to the wing, one feather point at a time. It is a free printable that suits holiday crafts or Sunday school tables.
