Floating through space in a round bubble helmet, a smiling kitten waves one padded arm as its striped tail curls out behind. The spacesuit has a small control panel on the chest with a dial and a few buttons, and headphone-style pieces sit on both sides of the helmet. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the cat's face and the striped forehead with golden yellow, then add light pink inside the ears and coral pink for the mouth, leaving the eyes and their shiny spots white.
- 2Color the space helmet glass with sky blue, leaving the big curved shine and the small highlight near the edge white.
- 3Use bright blue for the cat's raised arm, the sleeves, the legs and the boots, and navy blue for the chest panel and the headphone earpieces, keeping the main spacesuit body white.
- 4Color the rocket's nose and fins red, its flames orange, and the round porthole sky blue, leaving the rest of the rocket body white.
- 5Fill the planets and moons: lemon yellow for the left moon, orange and golden yellow bands on the ringed planet, light blue and bright blue waves on the bottom left planet, deep purple for the bottom right moon, and lemon yellow for the stars.
- 6Optional: add a few darker strokes of navy blue along the edges of the helmet or the orange tail to give the drawing a little depth.
