Baby Tries to Block Girl Holding Basketball

A small baby in a number 1 jersey and baggy shorts stretches both arms out wide, mouth open and eyes round, trying to block a taller girl. She wears pigtails, a flared dress, striped sleeves, patterned socks and sneakers, with a whistle hanging at her waist. Her eyes are half closed and she has a smug little smile as she holds a big basketball up high, out of the baby's reach. The ball has the classic curved seam lines, so it's easy to color in. Try giving each child a different team color, so the number 1 jersey stands out, then pick a bright orange for the ball. This free printable also works well for a sports unit or a talk about taking turns and playing fair.
