Baby Yoda (Star Wars) Building a Desert Sandcastle
Coloring guide
Kneeling in the sand, a big-eyed, pointy-eared baby character holds a small bucket in one hand and pats the top of a sandcastle with the other. The castle has two little pointed towers, an arched doorway, tiny windows and a bumpy battlement along the top. A toy shovel lies in the sand at the lower left. Behind the builder you'll see a tall rock formation, rolling dunes, a spiky cactus with raised arms and two suns with ray lines in the sky. The baby wears a simple one-piece outfit with a round button on the chest, and a small tuft of hair sits on top of the head. Thick outlines and roomy shapes make it a good choice for young colorers. Sandy yellows fit the castle and dunes, and a bright green cactus will stand out nicely. It's a free PDF download for a fun afternoon. - 1Start with the big sandy ground and dunes: color the sand areas in sand yellow, leaving the sun-lit tops of the dunes white for a soft glow.
- 2Color the desert rocks in burnt orange and the cactus and bushes in leaf green.
- 3Fill the little guy's head and ears in lime green, then color the robe, shirt and cloak in bright blue, using light sky blue for the shoulder area.
- 4Color the sandcastle towers and base in sand yellow, with the arched doorway and windows in caramel brown and the sand pile on top in warm tan.
- 5Add the bright red bucket and shovel, then give the round button, collar and sun in golden yellow, and the mouth in soft pink.
- 6Optional: Leave the eye whites and the small shine spots in the eyes white so the face looks bright and cheerful.
