Basketball Player Holding Ball in Spurs Number 21 Jersey

A basketball player stands turned slightly to the side, holding the ball with both hands near his left shoulder. His head is turned as if he is looking for a teammate to pass to. He has short curly hair and a light beard, drawn with small textured lines that are fun to fill in. He wears a V-neck Spurs jersey with trim around the neckline and armholes. The SPURS lettering and the number 21 are drawn as outlined block letters, and a small logo sits just under the word. The ball has curved seam lines across it. Try coloring the jersey in silver and black, then use short strokes for the beard and hair. It also works well as a quick number-recognition activity, since the big 21 is easy to point out and color.
