Batman on the Ground, Superman Hovering Above

Superman hangs in the air with both arms stretched out to the sides and his cape rippling behind. Below him, Batman stands firmly in front, his long pointed cape spreading into big black shapes. Superman has his S shield on his chest and a belt with a buckle. Batman wears a cowl with pointed ears, a bat symbol, a utility belt and boots, with one hand reaching out to the side. The only background is a small patch of rocky ground at Batman's feet, so kids can keep their eyes on the heroes. A blue suit and red cape suit Superman, and keeping Batman's cape deep black or dark gray gives strong contrast. Grab the free PDF and print it at home for an easy afternoon activity. This fits right in with our Superman coloring pages — see also Avengers and Iron Man.
