Bearded Priest Holding Glowing Oil Lamp Near Altar

A tall bearded man in a rounded hat and long robe stands at the center, holding a shallow dish with a lit flame that gives off short rays of light. A square patterned breastplate sits on his chest, with round shoulder stones on each side. In front of the horned altar, one person bows low to the ground. On the right, another kneels with both hands raised. On the left, a woman in a headband reaches toward the flame while a small child stands beside her with an arm stretched out. A tall lamp stand with a glowing flame rises at the far left edge. The sunburst rays around each flame are fun to color in yellow and orange, with the rest of the page in softer tones. For a Hanukkah lesson, ask kids to count the flames they can find and talk about why light matters in the story. This printable page works well for small groups.
