Big Bubble Letter C With Polka Dots

A large capital letter C fills the page, drawn with a thick outline and an open curve facing right. Scattered across the letter are round polka dots of different sizes. Some sit fully inside the shape, while others are cut off by the edges, like the ones near the top tips, the inner curve, and the lower left. The ends of the C are cut at slanted angles, and the middle of the letter is plain white space. Try coloring each dot a different color and keeping the background of the letter one solid shade, so the circles pop out.
