Big Swirl Lollipop Candy with a Fluffy Bow

One big round lollipop with a bold spiral takes up the top of the page, with its stick running straight down. Just under the candy, a fluffy ribbon bow is tied around the stick with a small square knot. The bow has two rounded loops and two pointed tails that flare out to the sides. There's no background at all, so your child gets a blank page to fill with their own colors. Thick outlines and large spaces suit little hands and chunky crayons. Hot pink and white stripes work nicely on the spiral, and a bright purple or sky blue bow will pop against it. Print the free PDF at home for a calm, creative few minutes. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start by filling the blue stripes of the big swirl with dusty blue, leaving the white background empty.
- 2Next, color the yellow stripes of the swirl with golden yellow, working around the blue ones.
- 3Fill the lollipop stick, both the upper and lower parts, with light peach.
- 4Color the two bow loops, the center knot, and both bow tails with bright red, keeping the white lines between them.
- 5Optional: Add a few light strokes of a slightly darker shade along one side of the swirl and bow to give them a bit of depth.
