Black Widow on the Rocks Among Bushes, Captain America Collection

A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.

• peach
• forest green
• warm gray
• leaf green
• brick red
• charcoal gray
• golden yellow

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Start with the big green areas: color the bushes and hillside in forest green, then the grass patches in leaf green.
2. 2Fill the rocks and the stone ledges in warm gray, leaving the lighter top edges of the rocks as they are.
3. 3Color the woman's skin, arms, shoulders and legs in peach, then add the golden yellow hair, leaving a few white streaks near the forehead.
4. 4Use brick red for the scarf around her neck and shoulder, and charcoal gray for the dark shadow on the rock and the spider.
5. 5Optional: Add light shading in a slightly darker shade of the same color on the shadowed sides of the rocks and the arms to add depth.
6. 6Finish by keeping the wristband stripes and the background highlights white so they stand out.
