Boots the Monkey Swinging Upside Down on Vines

A cartoon monkey hangs upside down from two leafy vines, gripping them with his feet while both arms stretch out wide. His big round eyes, open smiling mouth and small ears give him a cheerful look, and a few tufts of hair fall down from the top of his head. This looks like Boots from Dora the Explorer, and his striped shoe soles show clearly at the top of the page. His long curly tail loops up on the left side. One vine has a flower near the top, and the background has a puffy cloud-shaped tree canopy, a thick tree trunk with more vines and small flowers, and a rounded bush on the ground. Try coloring the shoes in two bold colors so the stripes stand out, then use different greens for the leaves, vines and canopy. The printable page also works well for talking about opposites like up and down.
