Dora and Boots Waving From a Happy Train

A smiling girl with a short bob haircut and a monkey wave from behind a cheerful train engine that is facing us. The girl has big round eyes, a beaded bracelet on her wrist and one hand raised high while the other stretches out to the side. The monkey sits on the right with a curled tail, a tuft of hair on top, and both arms flung wide. The train has a tall smokestack, a puffy cloud above it, wide eyes, an open smiling mouth, round side lamps, and a grille with vertical slats on the front. Big open shapes like the train face and the slatted grille are easy for small hands to fill in. Try coloring the train in a bright favorite color, then pick a different color for each slat so the front looks like a striped pattern. This is a nice page for practicing staying inside the lines with crayons or markers.
