A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big sky-free areas: color the planet body in golden orange and its ring in deep orange, leaving the thin highlights white.
- 2Fill the boy's hoodie in cherry red and his hair in chestnut brown, leaving the background white.
- 3Color the telescope tube in royal blue and the lens end in pale sky blue, keeping the small shiny bands white.
- 4Add the jeans in denim blue, the sneakers in sky blue and royal blue, and the sneaker soles white.
- 5Color the tripod legs and joints in light gray and charcoal gray, then fill the grass in lime green and the bushes in grass green.
- 6Finish with the crescent moon and stars in golden yellow, and leave the sky and empty ground white. Optional: add a little shading on the hoodie folds with a darker red.
