Boy Pedaling Through the Park, Coloring Fun For Kids
Coloring guide
This happy boy wears a vented safety helmet and pedals a small bicycle down a winding path through the park. He has on a short-sleeved t-shirt, shorts and sneakers, and his big open-mouthed grin says it all. Both hands grip the handlebars, and the spoked wheels and chain guard give little artists lots to fill in. Behind him are two leafy trees, rounded bushes, a wooden park bench, a few grass tufts and two fluffy clouds. Bold outlines make it easy to stay inside the lines, and it's a handy page for chatting about why we wear helmets. Red or blue would suit the helmet and bike frame, with fresh greens for the trees and bushes. This free printable PDF is ready whenever you are. - 1Start with the big trees and bushes: fill both tree canopies and the top branches with grass green, and the bushes along the back with forest green.
- 2Color the left cloud pale blue, and leave the right cloud and the background around the bushes white.
- 3Paint the boy's shirt and sleeves red, and fill his face, ears, arms, neck, and legs with peach skin, keeping the sock areas white.
- 4Color the helmet royal blue with sky blue on the side panels, then add the hair in brown and the trees' trunks in brown too.
- 5Fill the bicycle frame with sky blue, the shorts with royal blue, the bench slats with orange, and the handlebar and wheel rims with light gray.
- 6Finish the tires in charcoal gray, the hubs in steel blue, and the shoes in pale blue. Optional: add light shading to the tires and the back of the helmet for depth.
